Hello all,

Was looking for good illustrations of a Mauser 98 trigger group to debug a problem with a spongey trigger on my Yugo M48.

The backstory;

Picked up a cosmetically nice Yugo M48A at a good price and soon discovered during dry-firing that the trigger is very spongey and has non-existant
"springiness" to it, unless the bolt has been cocked.

It feels like the trigger is in clay unless the bolt has been cycled and action is cocked and...

I picked up 2 old Turkish Mausers at the local pawn shop today. The first I paid $40 for, and the second I paid $20 for. The $20 rifle has rust spots all

My question is :

Are there any home parkerizing kits for the DIY'er like myself?

I've heard that you need to heat treat the metal after coating, and I have a large kiln that is set up on digital controls that would work perfectly....
