I have tried business with MGS and my debit card number was stolen .
Folks....caveat....be careful! Keep your CC safe. I never got a straight answer from them
either. Might have been a fluke....dunno. Just a warning to be careful with MGS.

WELL GENTS !!! It made it in!!! got it in while I was at work, the wife signed for it. From MGS, very good condition. It's not bad for $214.37 total, noooooooo overnight from UPS, & or FED EX. I'm well pleased, and the wife wants to pull the trigger first. HEHEHEHE!!! I started a monster!!, and I LOVE IT , and HER !!!!!

I'm am ordering a CZ 82 from AIM. They state that they cannot ship USPS to my zip code in southern Louisiana. Shipping is $40 for UPS.

AWWW SHUCK'S !!! Done orderd from SOG, MFS mbrass cased for $8.95 a box, waiting for the shipment. I did get the CZ 82 from M G S, waiting for it too. I don't think I will be dissapointed.

When shipping handguns by mail....there is no requirement as to service level but you must fill out a form.......

"Statement by Shipper of Firearms"

Right at the top of the form it states

"This form can only be used by manufacturers or dealers of firearms."

Well I'm gonna try MGS tomorrow morning. Been waiting for a CZ 82 since they were put on the c&r list, and now's the time. SOG has the best price on 9x18 mak ammo, Wolf for $7.95 a box, and 9x18 mak MFS for $8.95 a box I think. If any one know's of any cheaper ammo let me know.

It's the carriers regulations more that anything else except for FFL01. FFL01, not 03 can receive handguns vias USPS. UPS REQUIRES hand guns to be sent ovenight. FEDex regulations say ALL firearms must be shipped overnight. my .02

It wouldn't suprise me if they were pulling our legs. I thought I always read that they HAD to overnight them by law. However that may just be all internet myth. It doesn't make sense that I can mail a machine gun, sawed off shotgun, high capacity magazine taking guns, but have to overnight pistols? Doesn't make sense.

R-Guns is only charging $10 for a "gunboards.com group buy" on Nagant Revolvers to ship the handguns. Doesn't sound like enough for overnight.
