        <![CDATA[ I called the regular dealers that deal in Mosin Nagants today 12-17-08. All told me they were sold out. Most told me to check back in 11-12 days for Mosin
Nagants. Apparently there has been a real rush on all guns. The Mosin Nagants are the least expensive and many are being used as &quot;stocking stuffers&quot;.
My local dealer has Mosin Nagant model 91-30s (standard models) for $159.00 before the ATF call, tax, etc..... All other local dealers are out of stock......

anyone who wishes to own one, a few or lots of them. I have read about gun dealers buying them by the crate when they were $40 a piece direct from the importer
and now are selling the &quot;cherries&quot; for $170-200 and the rest for at least $100.  One of my local dealers did this, he had a crate each of M44&#39;s

			<description><![CDATA[ $125 for a simple few minutes to do a transfer? That is highway robbery no matter how you look at it! We bitch and moan about a $20 transfer fee! But I can see
slipping the 01FFL a Jackson to help him out in these trying times, as we do not want to see them all disappear. They know they have you over a barrelhead with
transfer fees, but this amount is about as anti-gun as you can get! These guys who rip you off like that will get their just reward in the end!

I used to have some Mosins in the past but sold them. After a few years I decided I would like to try again. I just purchased a 1942 Izzy 91/30 from Big 5.
It&#39;s a very common rifle but it&#39;s nice to have one again and the prices are only just slightly higher from a few years ago. The Mosin bug bit me again.

As I undersatand it, and what I meant, was the cut out on the left side of the receiver that was omitted during wartime production.  The earlier rifles with
the left side cut, scalloped, is considered a low wall.  The later war rifles without the scallop is considered the high wall.  I got this info from

trimmer). Since I already reload for two 303 Enfield Rifles I had plenty of bullets, primers and powder. Unfortunately, the M44s accuracy turned out to be
rather disappointing. In a quest for better accuracy I found a pristine 1891/59 which frequently shoots into an inch at 50yd. Also have a Finnish M39 on the

I found a place in Downtown Topeka, KS.  Viking Pawn and Gun, 112 SE 8th St.  785-234-4146.

They have 35 M91/30&#39;s all round receivers, some high walls, some low walls, dates from around 1938 to 1945.  Izzy, and Tula arsenals.  Pre-post and mid

the first 3 inches in the front end. If you want one that is not counter bored, it will cost you extra. Some Mosin Nagants also have the &quot;billboard&quot;
size import information on the side of the receiver. Be leary as to what you are ordering and what you are getting. Make sure you are not getting a Mosin

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>I called the regular dealers that deal in Mosin Nagants today 12-17-08. All told me they were sold out. Most told me to check back in 11-12 days for Mosin
Nagants. Apparently there has been a real rush on all guns. The Mosin Nagants are the least expensive and many are being used as &quot;stocking stuffers&quot;.
My local dealer has Mosin Nagant model 91-30s (standard models) for $159.00 before the ATF call, tax, etc..... All other local dealers are out of stock......
