        <![CDATA[ I have an Inland carbine posted on gunboards.  I received a pm from someone offering to buy it at my price if that included shipping to CA.  I didn&#39;t
reply right away since I had someone else showing interest.  With Spring Break and checking on what the laws were about shippping to CA, I replied 4-5 days
later accepting his offer.  That was last week and I haven&#39;t heard from him.  I have PM ed and tried all other ways to contact him through GB.  I am trying
not to get ticked off but... ]]>

after I included my E-mail from CA DOJ stating that it didn&#39;t apply to a C&amp;R FFL, my buyer had to find another FFL. ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ gunboards was started in the 90&#39;s if i rember,i have been a membet there for around 8 years or so.i have sold alot there with no problems yet but they get
a lot of new people. they have a post count there also and alot of the older members will have a higher post count most of the time. you can allways relist it
and state the other buyer did not go through with it. ]]></description>
