These are likely not to have take down bolts but lack of unit disk is suspicious to me and the stock has obviously been refinished at some point.
That said it is a nice looking gun

The gew98 uses the short handguard which stops at the front of the rear site while the 98-22 handguard extends all the way to the front of the receiver.
If your Gew98 has the small lip that hold the rear of the handguard (immediately in front of the rear site) then that has no been removed/ground off and you do not have a 98-22 stock

But the stock sounds like it might be off a Czech 98/22 (most of which were sold to Turkey).
