I have been carrying my CZ-82 in a fanny pack but it is just too bulky and heavy for my liking so I decided that I needed a keltec P-3AT. I changed my
mind when I got to the dealers and realized just how tiny they are.

I ended up bringing home a Bersa Thunder .380 which seemed like a good compromise to me. It's larger than the Keltec but smaller and lighter than the CZ
plus with the magazine in the gun I can get all my fingers around it.

We are going to go up and drop a few steel...

I'd not want to get shot with a .32. Also, wasn't .32 the caliber of choice of many European police departments for decades? Gotta be an endorsement
there.

Never forget that if the first shot does not eliminate the threat, one can simply pull the triger again and again. One shot stopping power is nice, but stopped
is stopped, if you know what I mean.

I also like the .32 Auto as a carry gun caliber, many people write these off as "pop guns", and I don't pretend they are manstoppers that will
blow an attacker off his feet, but I do believe they have plenty of pop for daily carry for most everyday people, short of walking around in a high risk area.
I carried my new little llama .32 Auto (looks like a mini 1911a1) on a trip to the store today, great summer gun and I felt confident with 8+1 and a spare mag
that I could get...

I've been sitting on a few boxes of .380. My Dad was visiting last week and we went out to the range to get some time in. I took the Bersa, since he's
never fired it. He had no problem knocking down bowling pins at 7 yards with it. Again, it was 100% reliable. Just a dandy little pistol.

Yeah my .380 Baikal commercial Makarov has sat stored away due to lack of .380 if I didn't have a CZ82 I would probaby get a 9x18 barrel for it even 9x18
can be a tough pull but it is available time to buy a few cases of 7.62 tok for my cz52 and beater Norinco commercial Tokarev!
I wouldnt let unreliability with HP keep me from carrying my CZ82 I carry mine occasionaly and load it with S&B 9x18 ball I think hot 9x18 fmj ball is
adequate "stopping power" all the gun rag...

Had a chance to try out the Bersa this afternoon after the JCG match at RBGC.

All I can say is that it is everything I hoped it would be.

It's lightweight, the sights are easy to see even on a heavily overcast day, it feeds hollow points flawlessly, and it does not beat the crap out of my
hand like the CZ-82 it replaced did.

It took 4 rounds to get a feel for the sights then steel plates were dropping like flies.

Has anyone got any recomendations...

Thanks, just helping my friend get his site going.

I have a CZ, but I don't think I've tried hollow points in it. It's a very nice pistol, just a bit heavy and has a wider grip.
