It isn't a big deal to drift the front sight left and right though. I made a tool to unscrew the bolt out of a 1/4" hex wrench and a file. Yes, but not "issue". Both Parker Hale and Delphos Ordnance Works made backsights with either 1/8" or 1/4" minute adjustments; both, in either variation are just plain fun to use. The PH and DOW backsights replace the No.4 backsight with either a full-width screw and nut or can be attached with a single left-side screw made by Scott Stonehill (both screw attachments also require the use of a slightly longer ejector-screw as a primary attachment point). There are other backsights available - some of which simply attach to the Mk.1 rather than replacing it.

I am really at a lost on what to do.
