I figure Natchez or midway? Just browsing Natchez now their site seems less user friendly than midway's.

What little I have I got from Graf&Son's. So far so good. Only thing, I didn't get the Big Brown Truck, It was fed/ex. Took a week and two days. Could be some other reason for the time, I don't know.

Midway, Natchez, Graf's, and Wideners...
You won't go wrong with any of them. Midway usually has the cheepest jacketed bullets, especially if you catch them on a monthly sale. Graf's carries odd-caliber brass that the others don't. As far as primers & powder, try to buy them at gun shows, so you avoid the stiff "Haz-Mat" fee. --------------------------------------------------------

I've used them all at one time or another and nobody has the best price on everything. I live on the "Left Coast", so I have to factor in the shipping charges on a heavy order. Grafs prices are good and include shipping, plus their selection of oddball calibers is great. I find many bullets and brass there, that nobody else has. If you have buddies that reload, get together and place a large powder order. The savings will more than cover the Haz Mat Fee, especialy if it's on sale. If you must buy small quantities, then gun shows or local stores are best.

Don't know about the others but Midway will give you dealers prices if you mail them your C&R.

+1 for Midways C&R discount. They also have a lot of odd ball reloding dies and Starline brass for obsolete cartridges.

Midway for sure with the dealer discount and fast shipping. Boses has good prices too.Wideners for components and stuff the others dont carry...their customer service is excellent.

The Midway dealer discount isn't what it was up to about a year or so ago. It used to get you 10-15% off most items but now it seems to save you maybe 20cents to a dollar at best on most things.
I always comapare with Grafs and Midsouth before ordering anything. |

I contacted Grafs re: discount for C&R holders, and they said they will give a discount. I never got around to sending them a copy. Discounts at Midway vary enormously, from $0.10 to $10.
I've never actually bought anything from Grafs, but they do have many items that Midway don't carry, like x54R brass for instance. Personally, I like doing business with Midway... Their website is so much more user friendly, and at least they have product descriptions that amount to more than four words. Another thing, how the heck do you read customer reviews at Grafs site? I went simple, Got a Graf's cat. and called on the phone.Order turned out good, but took a little longer because it didn't come by "BBT". I like BBT. but they only bring.

Grafs doesn't ship as promptly as Midway but right now the price difference on components makes the wait worthwhile.

Re: Supplies | ||

After reading this thread, I checked out Wideners, who I'd never heard of before.
On many items I'd be interested in, their prices are significantly lower! $10.xx for handgun bullets, compared to $13.xx. Is there a catch here? Am I missing something? Are they permanently "out of stock" on some low price items just to get your attention? Some of their prices seem too good to be true. I've always been reasonably content with Midway's prices, but Wideners seem to have them beat, at least on bullets. In the corner of some foreign field, the gunner sleeps tonight... Yes Peter, Wideners does have some really cheap goods most of the time. I think the best deal I ever got from them was .223 heads @ $26.00 per thousand. As for suppliers in general, I regularly hit Midway, Natchez, and Wideners. Will have to check out Grafs. I have seen the name referenced on this forum many times.

Natchez is way less user friendly if you live in GA., We lowley Georgians are not worthy of purchasing items from Natchez.

I've ordered from all of the above vendors and a few others and all have given excellent service. Just a few comments. You can specify the BBT from Grafs.
I'd have to go back to my profile there but remember them asking for the prefered shipper. I specified BBT and all of my orders have arrived that way.
Shipping is fast. Graf's also offers a dealer discount for C&R holders, you just have to set it up with them. It pays to shop around and in so doing
you must consider shipping, handling and hasmat fees if applicable. The total cost is what matters. The way prices are going lately, evey little bit helps out.
