I have a machinest who THINKS he can reproduce one but I do not have an original to measure unfortunatly.

Dia of notch on post I think would be the the radius of the firing pin retainer 4 length of notch? the notches that hold in the safe position are about .0.015 deep 5, dia of button--0.388 6 depth of button 0.157 7 flag 0.575 perpendictular from shaft + 0.60 gap. longitudual---0.498 8 notch measures 0.145 total from shaft.
