I was breezing through one of my local shops on my way back from the mall here, and I didn't have much time to really look at anything because my parents
were waiting outside for me.........but I scanned across a pistol marked "French 9mm used by French in Vietnam". Is this a MAB? I'm far from
an expert on French pistols, but a neat French 9mm really appeals to me. The price was in the $400's I was trying to look at the selection of .38
revolvers, a Webley .455 and this French 9 all at the same time.
Just wondering if this was worth going back and taking a second look at. I'm not worried about it not being there, most of the guns in that shop have been there since JC walked the earth.
I had stopped in to look at a
Hungarian FEG Hi-Power that was there 9 months ago, and lo and behold it was there in the same spot in the case. I think the owner may be smoking something,
most of his prices are way high, and I mean I'm not afraid to pay a few bucks more for a "gotta have it" gun (as some of you know) but the prices
make you literally start laughing in the store.
