Does anybody have a recommendation for either of these suppliers, I am in need of a steel 91/30 pu scope mount. Which one should I buy from and are there any
differences in the product they sell?

I have bought several items from John at Accumounts and highly recommend him as he stands behind what he sells. Another option is to check e-bay "mosin
sniper" items for sale. Sometimes you can get a good deal on PU scope mounts. I just won a Russian early post war steel mount with base and screws/pins
for $57 shipped.
