His uncle brought it back or bought it shortly after returning from his tour in the Korean war and has been in his family and unshot since coming here. that being the case, he only wants $225 shipping included. the gun itself is in a beautiful, unrestored condition, actually one of the cleanest milsurps I have come in contact with from that time period. I am very new to Japanese weaponry and would like your ideas on whether it is worth the money or not. I feel as though it is already, having seen just one of them on gunbroker the other night and it was considerably more than $225 but I try not to judge a guns value by gunbrokers sometimes very inflated prices. With a little luck the cleaning rod can be found too. The Type I rifles are well made and very accurate.
