.348 Winchester case with a CCI 200 primer and
32.0grs. of IMR-4198 with 3 grains of synthetic
'fluff' on top of the powder and then one .060"
vegetable fiber wad, unlubed, pressed just far enough
into the neck to stay put and then seating an RCBS
.43-370 which weigh 400grs exactly when cast in a mix
of 8-1 wheel weights to pure (it's actually old
plumbing pipe that my brother and I have found to be
very soft, we consider it pure) so that it pushes the
wad down with it staying flush with the bottom of the
bullet. I then gave the cartridge a moderate crimp
into the bullet's crimp groove. The bullet was lubed
with Javelina Alox which is a very soft, sticky lube.
