I paid $225 - no tax and he threw in 2 boxes of the good swiss ammo, couple chargers,muzzle cover and a cleaning kit

Nice wood on the K31! Did you unscrew the butt plate to see if there is a owner's tag?

I did but there was no tag.
Maybe the previous owner found it and kept it. If that's the case that sucks, it should have stayed with the rifle. |

Very Nice looking #31. I have 2 of them (1 beech and 1 walnut). The sportsmans guide has a good deal on G11 swiss surplus ammo to feed it.

Nice K31. I have it's Twin.
Gave $219 for mine ( at a pawn shop) and it had the tag under the butt plate, but I haven't tried to contact the Person.  skd

With the condition of that rifle and the accessories you got with it, IMO, you did real well.

A very attractive rifle, I love the stock! My K31 has a beech stock (I think), I bought it back when they were $99...should have gotten two!

They will grow on you!
I now have 3 K-31's and 1 M96/11 and have ALMOST (and I mean I came really close) bought several more of each!!! hsc The K-31 along with the Swedish M96 are (IMHO) the best guns ever and most attractive. |
