This one just sort of called out to me. Up till the other day I'd never heard of a Kar 88 and then I ran across this one. Shame someone had to chop the
wood because all the S/N's match metal wise. Receiver is stamped with an "S" so is converted. Bore appears to be in very good condition. The
rear peep sight is by Lyman, bolt release lever and sight are all one piece. Peep is spring loaded and swings like a gate to allow bolt handle to pass, peep
has the ability to be changed.
Not quite sure what I'll do with her, guess it's the fact of something new to tinker with.
