I was just in Sportsman Warehouse this morning to pick up some muskett caps, got 4 cans, all they had. Looked at the primer shelves.....good grief! I'll
bet they didnt have 2,000 primers total in large pistol/large rifle/small pistol/small rifle, they had maybe 4,000 shotgun primers and thats it. Mostly empty
shelves. 6 or 7 pounds of accurate arms powder, lots of empty space. They did have quite a few of the 8 pound powder kegs, but not many of the 1 pound size. It
was the same way back in December, not much selection. I thought the shortage might have caught up by now, but guess not! They did have about 10-12 pounds of
'P' Pyrodex, but no other granulation. Last time I was there they didnt have any Pyrodex at all. DM

Same way in their Lexington, KY location. When they first opened, the shelves were FULL! Now that they've been open about two years, I don't think that
they've ever restocked anything from the original grand opening.

My SW is trying to get components as fast as they can but their suppliers are out. Down to about 20% on handguns The scare is on and has been for some time.

I checked with the Concord Bass Pro Shop the other day, they had pretty much stopped carrying reloading stuff, and was told by a gun shop salesman that they
will be getting more reloading components in the near future, stuff is on order. Hopefully they will at least return to the levels they had a few years ago and
maybe improve on it. That's where I bought most of my powder and primers and their prices were ok.

I was back at SW yesterday (26th) again, and the situation was even worse than it was 3 days ago! Now, allmost all the 8# kegs of powder are gone! They are
really cleaned out of powder & primers, lots of expensive jacketed bullets in stock tho. DM

My spotts center and another place where I get Powder and primers said May or June.
They had no rifle or pistol primers. Plenty shot shell primers, Plenty of some powders. Not enough bullets. Picked up a Lb. of H335 and a pack of 165 gr. Nosler Ballistic tip 308. I still have a little over a brick of primers, about 500 bullets and 5 lbs of powder. It will last about over a year. I don't shoot as much as some of you. ![]() skd

Our Sportsman's Warehouse has been getting ammo but has been selling out of it the same day. Today I stopped by after work and they had a few new boxes of
Hornady bullets. Then when I talked to the sporting goods guy he said they got a shipment and that's just the few boxes that were left. Ha said reloading
components are being bought up as soon as they restock.
