1. I got a ammo box as a give away, with about 25 clips of 303. I have never seen and can't find any info on this ammo on any forum even with google.
Maybe some idea's and help! Brass cartridge,with shiny silver spitzer bullet, primer sealant is violet. Headstamp on the rim is a triangle, 19 O and V (NOT a V11) finally, using an 8X glass looks like a backwards,
upside down coma. The clips are flat matte gray/black with barely readable (also with 8X glass) looks like TF.S with MK4 in the corner. I am pretty sure that the headstamp on any 303 after 1910
should be V11.
2. Also inc. is a bag with two banddoliers dated /1944 /1945 with RG V11 1944/1945 dated ammo. Plus one banddolier markes are: S.S.&J.11 then - 7-16 this is full of RG 45 ammo on strippers with the cardboard sepperators.
3. Any help with ID on the 1st 100 rds of ammo and there strippers, as to if it's more valuable to ammo collectors or to just shoot- I have Plenty of my reloads and common RG brit for banging away at the range.
