She was going to pass my information along to whoever makes the internet changes. We'll see what happens. At least I got to talk to a person. All in all, I think most companies have done a good job getting orders out considering the sudden jump in sales since the election. Posts: 6666 (04/14/09 12:14 PM) Veteran member Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I have always had good luck ordering from SOG, but on the phone once, I did end up to talking to some gal that was pretty snotty to me. But a person gets to thinking that these outfits are large companies that employ a lot of people. They are not. In fact some of them only have maybe four people on the staff, or maybe six or so. Sometimes the order taker is also the person who pulls the item out of stock to send to the person shipping it. And some contract to outsiders to maintain their web sites and to keep them up to date. It has been a lot of turmoil for these outfits for the past several months and for the most part, your items may be on backorder simply because their stock of such items are on backorder to them. Crap flows downhill and usually the problem is not them, but simply in the supply chain that they are a part of. Give them a break. We all should have known what was coming last November. The present administration was voted in by the majority of the American voting public, so it should not have come as a big surprize. Just that a lot of people kept putting off ordering something they wanted until the mad rush for items started. I can well remember a few years ago we all were picking on another big seller, InterOrdinance. I don't see many complaints about them in the past couple years here. Curt
