There is what appears to be a struck out serial number near the rear edge of the cylinder and a serial number on the opposite rear edge that matches the serial
numbers on the barrel above the hinge and on the butt that appear original to the gun.

The serial numbers on the cylinder, barrel, and frame are original (not re-stamped) and match. This is a variant of the S.P.F. Contract Revolvers that has an
integral sliding block safety located in the frame. (It appears as a silver rectangle in these photos.)

Both of these revolvers are a joy to shoot. I wish I had bought more when they were available for less than $200.
