April's photo contest entry thread will be open until 6pm Central on Saturday, 25 April. Here's my unofficial entry for the month - I wanted something with some green grass since I think winter may finally be over here in North Dakota... now we just need to keep the flooding down to easily-managed levels. In the photo is my Rock River Arms Entry Tactical with TangoDown front grip, Midwest Industries quad rails, YHM rear BIUS, and Bushnell MP 1x sight... and Daisy, one of my tactical assault Beagles. In the backdrop is a front-seam, fixed bale M1 helmet, a stripper clip of 1943-dated Lake City .30 carbine ammunition, 1943-dated First Aid kit with Carlisle bandage, M1 carbine cleaning kit, and a 1943 blade-marked Camillus M3 fighting knife with M8 scabbard, and First Army patch.
