One of these days I'll get around to taking this to the range.

Based on your handle, I'm assuming the bottom is a '46 CJ2A?
Tell us about both of them, please. |

The first picture was taken on the DSP&P RR grade up to Alpine Tunnel in central Colorado. That section of road is called the Palisade and the stone wall
(to the right of the mirror) was laid with hand fitted stones without mortar.
I can fit quite a few guns in the sidecar along with ammo and my range bag. The bike is very handy. I just hop on and go compared with taking the car, which I have to wait to warm it up. The Jeep is a '46 CJ-2A. Took me about 2.5 years of constant work to get it done (well it's about 95% done). In retrospect, I should have never bought this particular one, as it was pretty well trashed. Had to learn the golden rule of restoration. Buy the best you can afford to start off with! |

First shot is a great piece of historic scenery for us NG fans!
You are probably correct about the Golden Rule of Restoration, but we are all glad you brought that beauty back from the far side, for posterity and our enjoyment. Part of what us old mil-surpers are all about, don't you know!!! |

So far, I like NC Cruffler's ride as it has a hood ornament on it.

Nice shooting range! I like the Tubbs for target resetting as well!
