(I paid $40.00 for mine at least 20 years ago, so the current price doesn't seem to be out of line.) The specifics label had 3/8" originally, but that was corrected by hand to 5/8" (i.e. 16mm) - I imagine that, after all this time, any "model number" will have changed ..... They sell mounts, scopes, etc. The Burris CZ 527 rings will also work, you just have to file off a small protrusion that is on one of the rings. The warne rings lets you just remove the pin on the one ring. The Leopold rings will not work. I have another Model 1 due in tommorrow that I got Burris rings for.
