The bolt does not match though
I did break it all down and clean the nasty out of it. Has a pretty nice bore for a 1944 anything.
I did plug and soak the barrel for two days in PB blaster that got ton of crud out. Wow I now have real rifling not traces of it.
I do have a few more pics of my cleaning and what I found inside on my photobucket here.

I do have a few questions. I know the bolt doesn't match so Headspace checking is a must. So I found a not so local place that said they would do it for $10. I just took it there today. He checked it told me it was close to being out of spec. Told me to take it out and test fire it on some sand bags with a sting to pull the trigger. Then he told me he only had the NO GO gauge and it would almost close. He also told me that they made these in more than one degree of Chambering and if his gauge was for a 28* and this was a 40* that would throw off the readings he got from the NO GO gauge. Then he chraged me $20. I just paid it and left. Before I did he was telling me If I could find another bolt that might just solve my problems. Also it would make a really nice sporter. Does anyone know the degree of Chambering on these M43's Made in Fabrica De Armas in 1944? Also Isn't there a Feild gauge also that can tell us more about the headspace? Stopped at another shop and found some S&B 8x57JS only for barrels with S caliber bore 7,89mm grovve 8,20mm is this the right amunition? The guy at the place was 8x57 is 8x57 German,Jap,Mexican, Bla, bla, bla, bla, bla, bla. So I'm not to sure he is kinda an ACEHOLEISH like at times. Calls Ak's Gook guns and the the like. Anyhow just want to find out as much as posible about this rifle. Just found this place today so bare with me. Also that is not paint that is just Crayon to highlight the markings for the pics.
Thanks for looking
