I hope there are still people reading this Czech Rifle Forum section.
I just found this sight by chance Googling for 7.62x45 dies. I however have been a collector of Czech firearms for about 23 years or so. I have a bunch of VZ-24s and vz-52s besides some VZ and CZ pistols. I also built a small bolt action hunting rifle for the 7.62x45 cartridge. Beautiful little rifle only 37" long and weighing in at about. 5.75lb. I love this cartridge for most hunting in the US not including Elk and larger game. Although I think it could drop an Elk if within 150 yards. I fell in love with this Cartridge when I bought my First VZ-52 back in the early 90s. My rifle is based on a Mk-X MZ action. This action was originally intended for the 7.62x39 but I lengthened it by 6mm to take the 7.62x45. I have also built some custom hunting rifles based on the VZ-24 action including a .450 Ackley Magnum and others. However my two favorites are a 6mm OKM (named after me) and a 375TR (named after the greatest president ever Teddy Roosevelt) Both based on the 350 Remington Magnum with the shoulder pushed forward the taper reduced and necked for the appropriate caliber. I consider the VZ-24 as one of the finest 98 Mauser actions ever built in both Material and workmanship quality.
