This is a scan of a MACV currency control card, or "plate," as plastic cards used to be called. The use of this card was required whenever you needed to make a currency transer (a legal one, that is). I extended for an additional half-tour and this is the "new" one they issued for that tour. I blanked out the SSAN part for the obvious security precautions. I wonder how many of these survived?
