When I served in the Army we were attached to the 1st Australian Task Force and I got interested in the "diggers", so I just combined my two interests. I have six Lithgows and collect as much D^D marked webgear that I can find.

So, after a great deal of thinking and soul-searching (approx. 1.5 seconds), I came up with derKessel. FYI, "der Kessel" (the cauldron), was the nickname given by the German 6th Army to the area they were trapped in by the Red Army, just west of Stalingrad. Or, as Nikita Khrushchev (Bob Hoskins) said in the movie "Enemy at the Gates," "The Germans are shitting their trousers!" He said it twice IIRC.

When I went to sniper school I took a Cold Steel Recon Tanto with me. When a Ranger buddy of mine went to Afghanistan I sent it with him; it took care of me and it took care of him. It never let either of us down when we needed it. Cold Steel knives are part of my everyday personal carry, my bugout bag, and my hurricane kit (I live on the Gulf Coast). I use 'em and believe in 'em. Every friend I have let carry my Voyager has gone out and bought his own. Every one. They are that good. I have bet my life on them and I bet my family's life on them, too. Of course, my .45 is usually alot closer to my hand ... NRA Life Member Land of the free because of the brave. I like cats: they taste like chicken.

I couldnt think of anything that fit until I reached for a drink and saw the name on the bottle. I could only use 8 characters and had to shorten 'Rebel Yell' I've stuck with it over the years because it fits my heritage, historical/political beliefs and other activities, primarily with the League of the South. My orders from General Lee is to hold the Masie Dixie line...

"Keep 'em in the ten ring" he closes with. Then the site blocked me somehow and I needed something else. "High Speed Cruise" is pretty cool sounding...used to be my email address back when email was NEW. But I used to pride myself in all the driving I did when younger...now I cruise at 55 mph on trips, everyone passes me, but gas prices must not be high enough or people don't know higher speeds = more gas burned. My stock Honda Civic gets 46 to 48 mpg on these drives at 55 mph compared to 38 mpg when doing the "speed limit". GREG Last Edited By: high speed cruise 04/04/08 09:53 AM. Edited 1 times.
