(I don't own any tok's.) How about using it in the 7.62 Nagant? The Handloader's Manual of Cartridge Conversions says the diameter of Nagant is .306, and the Tok is .307. I haven't pulled any yet to check with calipers. I believe the bulets will work, but how about the powder? Has anyone tried this yet? Is this stupid thinking, or just very cheap? I like cheap plinking, so this looks good to me. Thanks in advance Mike

They seem to work well with the abominated, mutt-mix of 32-20 reloading stuff that Lee issues out as Nagant dies and the sorry shellholder that works great if you're using 32-20 brass instead of real Nagant brass. The powder, I don't know about that. I just stick with Bullseye.

Posts: 1748 (07/06/08 10:32 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	The Nagant bullet diameter is .311", the Tok is .307", it would be a sloppy fit and the rifling may not grip the bullet and certainly there would be blow-by. Tok powder charge in the Nagant should be OK. I think you could find a buyer for the Tok ammo easily.
