David's Collectibles is announcing the release of a new product for the Mosin rifles. A replacement butt pad that fits the wood stock on all models.
Pad is made of rubber and replaces the metal butt plate. Pad in configured to correctly fit the stock. Pad greatly reduces felt recoil of the 7.62x54R round, and adds 1 inch to the length to the the stock. Pad features metal grommets for the screws and uses the stock screws.
