I used to frequent this site years ago, but have let my interest in C&R collecting slip as I've taken on other interests (Competition Shooting). I have an original, matching Izhevsk 91/30 sniper w/scope in beautiful condition that I bought in the group buy that Tuco sponsered, what, 9 years ago (Fall 1999 as I recall? Wow, has it been that long?) Just curious as to the current value. Seems everything to be found today is put-togethers or repro's so can't find a price for an original matching. Thanx. Posts: 252 (07/28/08 04:33 AM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Currently, the only genuine, post-WW2 Soviet refurbed original WW2 Mosin Pu sniper rifles available are the ones from R-guns, and I believe they are in the $800-$900 range. The early imports like the rifles in the famous "Gunboards Group Buy" deal that Tuco set up should command a price premium over the R-Guns rifles, since the Gunboards Group Buy rifles have the small, discreet, early Century import mark on the front of the barrel, but the R-Guns rifles have a big, unsightly, import mark defacing the receiver.

If so, are they accurate and have they been refinished or counterbored. Also, do the numbers on the base and scope match the rifle?

AT 50 yards it will make a 3 shot clover leaf. All numbers match and stock has not been refinished. I shoot light ball, bench rest with sand bags. Hope that helps. John
