Looks like it's simply an artist's sketch of what he thought a .22 rifle should look like. He might have used an Italian Carcano (6.5mm centerfire) as
a model.

Cool. Fore end of the stock and the handguard look like they came from a M1 Carbine.

It's definitely got a Carcano "flavor" to it. Might be a "must have" replica for those collectors of Italian firearms...

My dad had a saying for Cloverine Salve. I don't know if I can say it here. Let's say it was good for many things.
