question about shipping to CA |
Lead | |
|
I know it is not a C&R, its an Antique but can someone tell me with all the changes in California can I ship a 1886/M93 French rifle directly to an
individual from another state or does it have to go to a dealer to be legal. I certainly don't want to have an issue...
Thanks, Donkt |

Anything defined as an antique by the Feds can be shipped directly to someone in California. However, if the antique is a handgun then the person receiving it
in California must be at least 18 years old.
