The .45 Colt and the .455 Webley are two entirely different cartridges. You may be able to fire .455 Webley in a .45 Colt, but I don't think you can get a .45 Colt to chamber in a .455 Webley. I've never tried it and aren't sure I want to. The .476 Eley predated the .455 and was replaced by it as the .455 had superior ballistics. The .455 Webley MK VI will fire either.
