Went squirrel hunting with my 410 enfield mon. Was walking down the road along my property and saw the game warden driving toward me, gave my friendly wave and he stops, backs up and asks to inspect my rifle. Unsling my unloaded gun and hand it to him. He tells me that he has reports of people poaching deer in this area with rifles. After showing him the barrel is smooth and my 410 shot shells, we both have a laugh and he goes on his way. Never know what to expect when carrying an enfield.
