Is an Iraqi Jeem marked VZ-24 worth any premium over the run-of-the-mill Brno VZ-24? I saw one in a Cabelas the other day. The receiver ring was stamped CESKOSLOVENSKA ZBROJOVKA ==BRNO== and it had the Iraqi Jeem mark, the right side was marked 7.92 mm and the side rail was marked VZ 24. I did not purchaes the gun but called back later. They described the bore as "rough" and there are no cracks in the stock although it has the some handling marks. I can get this gun for $225. It was tagged at $299. Given my limited description do you feel this gun is worth the price? Can anyone shed any light for me on the history of this contract? Thanks.
