I was just going to comment on that. Countless malaria deaths and crop failures leading to starvation because the best available pestiside was not used when it should have been. Oh well. Glad some people feel good about saving some bird's eggs.
The Condor is not nearly extinct because of DDT or wheel weights. It's because people and their minimalls and subdivisions have eliminated it's nesting area and stripped its resources.
