A local shop has one in very good condition except for a couple of Bubba'd screws. Has about $700 on it. Seems high or should I be kicking myself?

Huh, you must'a bumped your head today. The price is perhaps a little high because of the screws, but the new 2009, thirtieth edition Blue Book of Gun Values list the 1910 at 60% $300 to 95% $800. Perhaps a little negotiation is in order.

It seems high to me as well. I saw a guy carry a pretty nice one around to several gunshows asking $600.00 with no takers.
