I cannot find anything in the C&R list. As I understand, I would not be able to get this on my 03. Is that correct, or is there something else I am missing? I hope!!! Thanks, I am just trying to avoid the transfer fee.

If you can prove the date of manufacture via the serial number and the seller is amicable to the idea, have that sent as a C&R piece.
