Advice on Ordering from Marstar |
Lead | |
|
I've been looking for quite a long time for a walnut forestock for an Enfield No 4 Mk 1*. I happened to find the Marstar website during a search and they
had No 4 Mk 1 forestocks listed. I talked to one of their sales representatives and he claimed the forestocks were walnut. Marstar is located in Canada and the
price is $40 Canadian (about $33 American). Has anyone dealt with Marstar, and if so what was your experience like? Satisfactory? I'm having a senior
moment right now, but it seems to me that many years ago Yockey5 had a very rough time on the straight pull forum trying to make a group purchase for M95
accessories from Marstar. Any help would be appreciated.

I have have spoken to them on the phone and ordered items like headspace gauges, etc from them. They are very nice to deal with -- hey, they're Canadians!

There's a catch with Marstar- don't order anything Chinese made...canadiens don't have an arms embargo on Chinese goods, but we do. Enfield parts
should be fine...unles they learned how to make them in China:)
