I don't like never exceed loads, but there is one or two that have the fps for a particular B C that I am looking at.
I know I have to start with the starting load and work up.skd

Has any one here did any comparison between factory loads and never exceed loads from any manuals for the 303 in a #4 Enfield?

Enfields and brass | ||

Skeyed, most Enfields are really hard on brass even with "moderate" loads, I dont think I would approach any where near "do not excede"
loads at all. I have had Enfields that had such oversized chambers that I would get case head separation with the 1st firing of factory commercial ammo! I love
my Enfields (i've got 15 of 'em) and i have been reloading for them since the early 60's some are better than others, but....with a 180 grain or
heavyier bullet at modest velocity, it has the reputation for deep penetration, and will kill anything big enough to die. Hope this helps, DM
