They should arrive about Wednesday. I got a (what I think) good deal for these 2 shooters. These Argentine Sistema's are getting hard to find at a reasonable price. Top one is blue bottom one is parked. Both from 1955 according to my information. Seller says not import marked?

They are matching except for the magazine. I suspect once I have them in my hands I will find the little import mark by the magazine release button. I paid less than $800 for both and the selling is paying for all shipping. So I think that is a pretty good deal considering what I am seeing for an asking price on the auction sites. I will try an post close ups when they arrive.

(Bonus) One of the magazines with the pistols is a WWII general shaver ("G" marked on the lip) another BONUS. So overall it was a great buy. Less than $800 for both and seller paid for all the shipping. Strange thing is that they both have a HEXAGON marking on the side of the slide. I have never seen this marking before has anyone else? I think I am going to rebuild these 2 into shooters. New barrels,bushing,springs,pins,hammer,beavertail and 3 dot sights. They are a blast to shoot. Looks like a Colt, shoots like a Colt, feels like a Colt...but doesn't cost as much as a Colt and Colt parts usually fit them. What a deal.
