Also, lockup is a little loose, but not much looser than my Norwegian Nagant, so I'm thinking this is a Nagant characteristic? There's just a little bit of play on lockup, kind of like that normally found on an old DA Colt, for comparison.
I fired it with a few .32 H&R Mags, pretty accurate but I don't make a habit of it. I did the same years ago with my Norwegian Nagant, fired hundreds of rounds of .32 long and H&R mag but now I'll hold out for correct ammo or the ability to make it.
Anyone have a Swedish Nagant with play on lockup, is this "normal" for these? Also, any sources for a replacement cylinder? E-gunparts is sold out, hoping a new-better condition cylinder would improve lockup, and also mine has Bubba-damage on it.
