As some of you may know I work at a bank. Today I had a 30 min lunch break and went across the street to a coffee shop. I know the owner (who comes into the
bank to make deposits) fairly well, and ran into him today. He was just having lunch too, so I sat next to him and we started shooting the breeze. At one point
the conversation turned to firearms (as it sometimes does with me
). I
was careful because I couldn't quite tell if he was a 'pro' or 'anti' for the longest time -but turns out he used to have a few pistols
(now only one?) and was a reloader to boot! (not anymore though). We spent the rest of my lunch talking about reloading, bullets, and shooting. It was the best
dang lunch I've had in a long time! (and I didn't even eat anything
) Needless to say he has a loyal customer in me! I invited him to go shooting with me sometime, but unfortunately he's simply too busy keeping his
business afloat. Maybe when (if?) he retires someday
.
Moral of the story: you never know who might be a shooter/collecter/ect...
