Took a chance and ordered this from Sportsmans Guide a few weeks ago and finally got it out to look over this afternoon.
It shoots OK out to about 25 feet.
Definitely not one to rely on to dispatch a varmint in one or two rounds....
The 300 yard maximum distance danger warning on the box is really stretching it. But I guess if the wind was right and the trajectory angle was just perfect, it could happen.
It is all metal except for the grips. Even the magazine!
The slide comes off just like a real one and the size/dimensions and weight are so close to a real Makarov too.
It uses standard CO2 cartridges and .177" BB's.
Loading the mag is somewhat cumbersome and 16 rounds get emptied out quickly.
But for low cost plinker fun with a Makarov like BB pistol, this one is a winner if it doesn't break in the next few outings.
