I have a Russian 1920's dated M1891 rifle that was converted to a M91/30. The front sight is rotated visuably to the left, but it shoots to point of aim using surplus Russian light ball ammo. Gregg

I found by accident upon disassembly the loose barrel and wrench marks from some numbskull.
