Posts: 1114 Mar 17 11 9:17 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Chinese for a Mosin. The identical slings that I bought years ago (mid-'90s) were wrapped in brown paper with Chinese ideographs. All were brand new and unissued like this one. They were used on the Chinese T53 and some said they were also for use on the T56 SKS. They are very nice slings.

I put some on Chinese Mausers and it is next to impossible (but not quite) to slide the leather reinforced end through the buckle in order to thread it through the rear swivel. The sling looked Chinese to me and it looks good on WWII Chinese Mausers. I had thought it might be some country's M1 Carbine sling since it was obvious the reinforced end was not made to go through the small buckle. The leather was sewn on to the end of the sling after the sling was put through the buckle. Last Edited By: geladen Dec 25 11 1:51 PM. Edited 1 times.
