Compared to some states, no - Compared to others...sure!

I have no problems buying, selling at shows or shops - Several shops in the area do transfers, I have a shop that have good folks & transfers with those guys are a breeze. Concealed Weapon permits are easy to get - Want to own a machine gun....Not happening in this state - Idaho & IIRC Oregon yes, but to own a MG or have parts for a machine gun in this state(IIRC) is taboo. Like many Western states, a large population concentration along the coast makes a lot of the laws that govern the state, laws that annoy Eastern WA residents - Those that live in the "Dry Side" of the state do not like that often & our views are ignored by Western WA......But then their tax $$ do subsidize our road construction on my side of the state. Overall this is a decent place to live.
