That is why I put 70 - ?. There just has to be someone out there older. I sure wished I had gotten into C&R in my 40's as I would sure saved a bunch of money. Happy New Year.

Turned 56 last September. Amazing how fast time goes by. Seems like last New Years eve was just a few weeks ago.

The only bright side is that winter doesn't last long at all any more and college baseball starts in really only a few weeks in my end of the country.

...despite turning 55 this coming Saturday (Jan 5th). My eyesight is typical for middle-age...need those specs to read! Have to stay within 100-200 yds to shoot...the REAR sight gets fuzzy after awhile making long shots nearly impossible. Can still see an eagle setting in a tree 2 miles away but the rear sight distorts at 6 inches! The worst of the lot is my Ishapur...love that rifle, but with that idiotic little 1/8" V for a rear sight notch drives me nuts!

I am 43. One of the best compliments I have ever gotten was last summer at my son's graduation party that my ex-wife had for him. All of the friends she and I hung out with kept complimenting me on my hair and how young I still looked. Their hair was all turning grey or they were losing theirs. They kept telling me I must be living right.

Well, for the most part, the mix certainly seems to be spread out across the entire age spectrum. Of course, I think it's likely to tip into the geriatric side of things soon enough once all of those geezers out there start waking up from their naps and finally get around to participating in this poll. :lol

Maybe we can get Bill to start adding some sort of reminder service to these boards... y'know, like, to remind the old people that it's time to take their meds.

The wifey's 22 and I'm 29. We both like shooting, but she's much more partial to her 1851 Navy. But that's probably because most of my milsurps are longer than she is tall.

Well in years im "only" 51 but in "miles" its a LOT worse. Working with youngins keeps me young though.
