Posts: 1920 Jun 20 12 11:10 PM Veteran member Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	the question while deserving an answer begs a few more questions , in response i would say no - go ahead , its yours , particularly if its a 'better' original bit , as its mismatched and messed with already , [is it a replacement original sight ?] if you intend to install modern sights on a vintage piece - i say yes - you just removed it from collector and C&R status , [is it a non C&R/original sight ?] i have an example of one that someone else messed about with - an original matching colt 38 WCF that was converted to 22cal , that is not a problem [someone told me it was most likely a factory conversion] but the front sight is a pi$$er ......flourescent green bead In these times 'I'll keep my God, my freedom, my gun and my money. Anyone that supports this insanity can keep "THE CHANGE".
