Hello, New to the forum. Just received my C&R license and packet (took about 4 weeks), looking forward to useing it.
1. I understand about not signing the original and making copies to send out. But, do I date it useing the day I received it or use a new date every time I use it?
2. Also, how do I record a pre-license item when it is sold.
