Finally! 1894 and i need help too
Years and years I have wanted one and earlier this week, my dream came true. 1916 Carl Gustav.
Here is the bad.
Bolt and all bolt parts match each other. All other parts match rifle.
Stock has been lightly sanded and cartouches are gone.
Someone polished the brass disc to make it shiney so you just make out that there use to be marking.
Someone ground off the bayonet lug and the front nipple part and reblued it and the butt pad. Pro job though.
Here is the good part. I don't think it is fake and I found this in Cabela's Gun Library for $570. Even if it was fake i'd still probably buy it.
Now I need help. How do I get the front barrel band and bayonet steel thing off?
